In 2020, I took Orinthology and had the opportunity to bird watch for 4 months. I discovered a love of seeing the beauty and diversity of birds. The red-tailed hawk is an apex predator, and each one has an unforgettable and powerful presence. I wanted to study how its feathers folded over, the colors that are seen on this bird, and the powerful gaze they have while stalking prey.
